WHO WE ARE

Meet the Cookie Sisters, Nicole and Carly Di Lena! 

Our journey originated at an early age when our grandmother baked her special cookies. She was legendary for baking among family and friends. Traditionally our grandmother sent everyone home with a tray to enjoy. With her passing her treasured recipes became a recognition of our Italian heritage.
 

Initially we both chose other careers. Nicole worked in fashion while Carly pursued visual design. Our passion and love for food kept calling us back to the kitchen. To enhance her knowledge in baking, Nicole completed classes at the renowned French Culinary Institute.
 

In 2010 we decided our grandmother’s cookies had to be enjoyed by the rest of the world. Her love for baking inspires us until today.
 

We have been featured in the Tribeca Film Festival, NY1 News and the Bergen Record. Our cookies have been a part of The LIC Flea & Food, Queens Night Market, Dessert Goals and more. Our customers have been loyal and we are grateful for their continued support as we evolve. Our goal is to continue to provide our original Dilena's Dolcini cookies with love for you and your entire family.
