What is the shelf life of your products?

Our custom Edible Image cookies,Core cookies, and hand-iced cookies  have a shelf life of about one month when left in our packaging. They will remain fresh up to 6 months if frozen; simply bring to room temperature a few hours before consuming. Freezing our Edible Image Cookies may cause smudging in the ink, so please freeze with caution.
 

Are you a nut free bakery?

No some cookies may contain or have traces of nuts and nut oils or may been made alongside other products containing nuts. DiLena’s Dolcini LLC can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. 

 

Are you a kosher bakery?

No we are not a kosher bakery. 

 

What gluten-free products do you offer?

We offer two kinds of gluten free cookies. They are our Peanut Butter and Chocolate Amaretti Cookies. 

 

Are your products all natural?

Our cookies are handmade and completely all natural.

 

Are your products sugar or dairy free?

All of our baked goods are made with milk and sugar, therefore, are not safe for those with sensitivities to these ingredients.
