How do my goods get shipped to me?
We can ship all of our items via United Post Office/UPS. We do deliver cookies via messenger service in the New York City area, please note that depending on location, additional fees will apply. As always, you may pick up your order by appointment only at 284 Teaneck Rd, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for individual pricing details. Additional shipping rates may apply.
How can I check the status of an order?
If you are having your order delivered via United Post Office/UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships. For any other tracking inquiry, please email us at email@example.com for your package information.
How will I know that my order went through?
After you hit the PAY button in your checkout process, a confirmation page will appear with your order number. You should receive an email confirmation shortly. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your order has not gone through with dilenasdolcini.com. As always, feel free to email us with any questions or concerns.
What is Flat Rate Shipping?
Our standard flat rate shipping method is available at a minimum of $15.00 per order through United Postal Office Ground/UPS. (Prices will vary on the weight or delivery option of your product) Please note, when selecting this option that your delivery date is 6 days after order is put through.
Are returns accepted?
Returns are not accepted due to the fact that products are edible and every order is custom made and specific for your event.
